Marketing, Communications & Bid Manager

Molly brings a range of experience to the NZCA team, having previously worked in the advertising industry and in marketing roles in the agriculture and insurance industries. Her role is multifaceted, and encompasses both digital and general marketing, brand management, graphic design, copywriting, as well as working on RFPs and tenders.

Molly has a relatable approach to communication and is focussed on ensuring clients, partners and anyone that crosses the path of NZCA has a positive, high-quality experience and outcome. She is a creative and innovative forward thinker and is interested in bringing her external experience to push industry boundaries. 

The NZCA’s social sustainability principles Manaakitanga, Ohanga and Kaitiakitanga resonate with Molly at a personal level – it’s nice to know we are contributing to a bigger picture and having a positive impact on communities as a company.
