NZ Construction Alliance partners win at the 2022 Commercial Project Awards

The 2022 awards mark the 10-year anniversary of the prestigious New Zealand Commercial Project Awards which are owned and run by Registered Master Builders. For the first time, the awards were held in Christchurch at Te Pae Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre, itself being awarded the Civic Project Award. Project teams from all around Aotearoa came together to celebrate the best in commercial construction.

NZ Construction Alliance partners Scott Construction, Amalgamated Builders Limited, Foster Construction and Trigg Construction all entered and won Gold and Silver awards across a range of categories.

Trigg Construction Ltd received the Special Award for the Hundertwasser Art Centre and Wairau Maori Art Gallery. This award is given to one recipient at the discretion of the judges for a specif ic outstanding project they feel is worthy of recognition. A huge feat! This project also received a gold award in the Tourism and Leisure category.

Foster Group Ltd received a Gold Award in Selwyn Street Student Accommodation and Ebbett Te Rapa, and Silver Awards for Urban Homes, Bayfair Redevelopment, and the McCaw Lewis 586 Victoria Refurbishment.

Scott Construction were awarded Gold for their Oceanview Apartments project, and Silver for Nelson Building Society’s (NBS) flagship facility.

ABL received a Gold Award for the Rakiura Museum Te Puka o Te Waka in Stewart Island.
