Ollie works closely with the client to ensure smooth delivery and outcome of projects. He is involved throughout the full lifecycle from receipt of initial design to pricing and programming, through to closure of physical works onsite and documentation across all regions. Ollie has been involved in the coordination of minor and major refurbishment and fit out works at over 100 of the MSD sites across New Zealand. His attention to detail, consistent and friendly communication and steady delivery on deadlines makes him a valued member of the NZCA team and a trusted client contact.
I worked with Ollie in the project management space for just over a year. I found him to have excellent organisational skills with particular attention to detailed planning, effective delivery monitoring and robust close out. Ollie has a confident communication style, and strong and proactive stakeholder management.
