As National Account Manager for NZCA, Simon oversees all facets of financial management to ensure construction costs accurately reflect sequencing. His role is varied, and Simon delivers with precision and efficiency, including tasks such as subcontractor engagement and payments, communication with the assigned PQS, organisation of insurances and bonds, preparation of P&G budgets, materials and equipment payments, and the control of client invoices. Simon is passionate about contributing to quality projects which enrich the lives of those involved.
He is an extremely well-respected in the industry due to his unassuming and relationship-focused manner, coupled with his financial dexterity. The NZCA sustainability principles of Manakitanga, Ohanga and Kaitiakitanga resonates with Simon and aligns with his collaborative approach to projects.
